How it works:

Static charge is caused by negative and postive ions becoming attracted. When you rub a neutral ion onto pet hair, the pet hair becomes positively charged. The material used to rub becomes a negative charge. The cause of rubbing creates the material to shed its electrons.

The material used in the pet brush is pvc and cloth. The dc motor inside the brush rotates the pvc against a micro-fiber cloth. This creates friction that causes attraction between the pet brush and the pet hair. This contains the hair much better than a regular pet brush. There is a slider inside the pet brush that is removable. This allows the pet owner to get rid of excess hair into a garbage when the pet brush gets full.
